1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and um777 ("um777," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the um777 online gaming platform accessible at um777.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. 2. Eligibility and Registration

• You are not registered or listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by um777 or any gaming regulatory authority;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of um777 or any of its affiliates, service providers, or gaming software suppliers.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information submitted is accurate, current, and complete. um777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and address at any time. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal and may be required at any stage of your relationship with um777.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the um777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by one individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals therein.

3. Account Management

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your um777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. um777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

You must notify um777 immediately upon becoming aware of any suspected or actual unauthorised use of your account by contacting our customer support team via live chat. um777 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of a security incident without prior notice.

Your um777 account is for your personal use only. You may not:

• Transfer, sell, or assign your account to another person;
• Allow any third party to access or use your account on your behalf;
• Use another person's account or impersonate any other player;
• Register an account using false, misleading, or third-party identity information.

um777 maintains the right to conduct periodic identity verification checks to ensure ongoing compliance with these Terms and applicable gaming regulations. Failure to respond to a verification request within a reasonable time may result in temporary account restriction.

4. Permitted Use of the Platform

The um777 Platform is provided for lawful recreational gaming purposes only. You may access the Platform, deposit funds, play games within the rules published for each game, and withdraw legitimately won funds in accordance with these Terms.

All funds deposited and wagered on um777 must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. um777 does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties. Depositing funds from a payment account that does not belong to you is prohibited and will result in account suspension and reversal of the relevant transactions.

The Platform may only be accessed via a standard web browser or the um777 mobile web application. The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, automated clicking software, or any other non-human access mechanism is strictly prohibited. um777 employs active monitoring tools to detect such usage and will act on any detected violations without prior warning.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the um777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, submitting fraudulent documentation, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform;
• Collusion: Coordinating or cooperating with other players in any manner designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer games and tournament formats;
• Chip dumping: Deliberately transferring chips or funds to another player through intentional losses;
• Software exploitation: Using or attempting to use any software bug, glitch, error, or vulnerability in the Platform to obtain an advantage or to generate winnings outside normal game outcomes;
• Money laundering: Depositing funds on um777 for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. um777 has Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations and is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities;
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal after funds have been deposited and used on the Platform;
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using automated tools, or exploiting promotional mechanics to obtain bonuses in a manner inconsistent with the spirit and rules of those promotions;
• Harassment: Using the Platform's chat or communication features to harass, threaten, or abuse other players or um777 staff.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

um777 processes all transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 across all accepted payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification tier; current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

Accepted payment methods currently include: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. um777 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your um777 account. This is an anti-money laundering requirement and is non-negotiable. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. um777 aims to process approved withdrawals within the following timeframes:

• GCash / Maya: Within 30 minutes of approval;
• QR Ph / InstaPay: Within 1 hour of approval;
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Within 1 to 3 hours of approval;
• PesoNet: Same business day (subject to banking hours).

um777 does not charge withdrawal fees on its end. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees that are outside um777's control. um777 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, pending KYC compliance, or breach of these Terms.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

um777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all um777 promotional offers:

• Bonus funds are credited to your um777 account as a separate bonus balance and must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash;
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount received and must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion;
• Different game categories may contribute at different rates toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements (e.g., live casino games may contribute at a different rate than slots);

8. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the um777 Platform operate pursuant to individual game rules published in the help section of each game. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentages of any game before wagering real money.

All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the um777 Platform use certified random number generation software that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studio environments and are operated in accordance with the rules applicable to each table.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to a disconnection, server error, or software failure — um777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Where a definitive outcome can be established from game logs prior to the malfunction, that outcome will stand as the final result.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any game software;

10. Limitation of Liability

The um777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, um777 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

um777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Temporary Platform unavailability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance;
• Network interruptions, service outages, or connectivity failures outside um777's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Decisions made in reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to a technical error;
• Losses arising from lawful gambling outcomes — all games involve risk and results are not guaranteed.

In no event shall um777's aggregate liability to any player exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their um777 account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

um777 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following player protection tools, accessible at any time via your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours;

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your um777 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any amounts under investigation) will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard KYC verification.

um777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the event that:

• You are found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• You have failed to complete the required KYC verification process within a reasonable time;

13. Dispute Resolution

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the customer support process, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to our designated disputes email address. Formal complaints will be reviewed by a senior member of the um777 operations team and a final decision will be issued within fourteen (14) calendar days of the escalation.

um777's final decisions on disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus calculations, and account actions are binding. Where a dispute involves a regulatory matter, players may refer the matter to the applicable gaming regulatory authority.

14. Amendments to These Terms

um777 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, um777 will provide advance notice through a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by notification to your registered email address or mobile number.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact customer support to arrange the closure of your account and the return of any eligible balance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which um777 is incorporated and licensed. By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall prejudice your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence, to the extent that such rights cannot be waived by contract under applicable local law.
